Art Direction
Stefano Pesca

Stefano Pesca is an entrepreneur, creative and show director, as well as the founder and CEO of Consiste srl.
Since 2003, he has worked in entertainment and music, focusing on show design, artistic direction and the production of large-scale live events. He is the creator of the concert format Vertical Stage Session and, through his companies, has produced over 500 national and international events and concerts.
He works closely with artists, brands and public and private institutions to design original, unconventional performances with strong communicative and symbolic impact — shows that leave a lasting impression on the collective imagination and generate value for the local area.
His creative approach is inclusive and deeply attentive to people, context and territory, driven by the belief that the sharing of ideas is key to the success of any project.
He also nurtures a passion for urban architecture, which he often uses as a natural stage for his shows. He has directed performances in iconic locations such as the London Eye, the balcony of the European Parliament in Brussels and the Palais de Tokyo in Paris.
His recent artistic work includes the co-direction of the Music Break format, the halftime shows at the Internazionali BNL d’Italia tennis tournament in Rome, the direction of the new tour by Eugenio in Via Di Gioia, the direction of the Eurovision Village in Turin and the artistic direction and stage direction of the opening ceremony of Terra Madre by Slow Food 2024, as well as the closing ceremony of the FISU World University Games in Lake Placid, New York.
From 2015 to 2020, he managed the European career of singer-songwriter Kiol, and since 2021, he has been supporting the artistic career of Federico Sacchi Musicteller.
Since 2010, he has been organizing concerts and performances in Brussels and across Europe, featuring some of the most renowned Italian artists, including Franco Battiato, Pino Daniele, Subsonica, Gianna Nannini, Antonello Venditti, Elisa, Calcutta, Tananai, Willie Peyote, Caparezza, Edoardo Bennato, Max Gazzè, Daniele Silvestri, Fiorello and many others.
Since 2006, he has collaborated as a consultant with institutions such as Club to Club Festival, Paratissima, Apolide Festival and YO! Fest. Alongside his entrepreneurial activity, he has always maintained a strong social and cultural commitment. He founded three cultural associations—Alivefestival, B+ and Beit Live in Belgium—and has been an active member of other organizations such as To Locals, which organizes Apolide Festival and Almanac, which operates in the field of contemporary art.
